Bit of a quandary as I don't like pop! Would pay more for certain potatoes (Catriona for example) but it's difficult to get quality potatoes these days. Normally buy large bags from a local farm shop and the variety I go for is one called Estima.

I find round here that even farmshop sourced spuds have had the big ones taken out to please the jacket spud people.

Did you mix up your figures in the first question?

Nope.

During the weekend zoefruitcake and I were trying to get a drink to have on the move. I was horrified at the cost of small bottles of pop compared to the larger bottles of pop and it struck me that the inconvenience of swigging from a 2ltr bottle of pop while walking down the street was worth the £1 saving.
